SmartSystems© is the technology division of Successful Smart Business Co. (SSBC). This single policy covers every SmartSystems© consumer app — currently Pack It!, Let's Play MTG and Reverse Calendar© Work Edition — and explains, in plain terms, what happens to your information when you use them.
The short version: Pack It! and Let's Play MTG work without an account, storing your data only on your device. If you choose to create an account, your relevant app data (lists for Pack It!, deck drafts for Let's Play MTG) is also saved on SSBC's server so it follows you across devices. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising. Let's Play MTG's AI coach sends your chat messages to Anthropic to generate responses. Reverse Calendar© Work Edition has no accounts at all and keeps everything on your device.

Reverse Calendar© Work Edition
Time-logging calendar for solo professionals
Reverse Calendar© Work Edition has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics tools. It is designed so that your information stays on your phone.
Everything you enter in the app (your time entries, categories and preferences) is stored only on your device. SSBC does not receive it and cannot see it. It stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app.
If you buy the sync unlock and choose to use it, the app asks for permission to read and write your phone's calendar. It uses that permission only to add your logged entries to the one calendar you select, and to avoid creating duplicates by finding entries it has already added. Calendar contents are read and written on your device only; they are not sent to SSBC or to any third party. You can revoke the permission at any time in your phone's settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
The app loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your device's IP address as part of delivering them, under Google's own privacy policy. No other information is sent.
The one-time unlock is processed by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment-card details. After a purchase, the app sends the Google Play purchase token to SSBC's server (successfulandsmart.com), which uses it to confirm the purchase with Google Play so that it is acknowledged and not automatically refunded. No name, email address or other personal information is sent with it.
Because the app holds no account and no server-side copy of your entries, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. Clear the app's data or uninstall it to remove everything stored on your device.
Pack It! helps adults plan packing for the whole family, including children. It's intended for use by adults, such as parents and guardians, and is not directed to children. Let's Play MTG is a game tool intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children under 13. Reverse Calendar© Work Edition is a business tool intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. None of the apps knowingly collects personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account on Pack It! or Let's Play MTG, please contact us and we will delete it.

If we update how Pack It!, Let's Play MTG or Reverse Calendar© Work Edition handle information, we'll revise this page and update the effective date above. Each app's privacy policy link points here, so you'll always see the current version.
